Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold

Points may expire if your account is inactive for 12 months
Fraudulent check-ins will result in point forfeiture and account suspension

7. Bookings and Payments

When you book tours or experiences through BaliGuide:

You agree to pay all applicable fees
Cancellation policies vary by provider and are displayed before booking
We act as an intermediary between you and service providers
Disputes with providers should first be addressed directly with them

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BaliGuide and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
